As individuals, we are stewards of customer service every day, whether we are in front of or behind the sales counter. We all relate to the public. It is the attention to details that can make the difference in a customer's experience and will help you to outclass your competition.
With this comprehensive training class, you will be able to offer an exceptional experience in terms of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Information covered includes the basics of customer service, such as appropriate language, conduct and dress, as well as telephone service and etiquette. Instruction on dealing with dissatisfied or unhappy customers will be covered in detail, along with the benefits of positive interactions.
